Eliminate negative thoughts and lose weight : You think of thousands of thoughts every day. You are talking more than anyone. You are your most reliable advisor and confidant. Many conversations you have with yourself that you would never share with anyone else because to do it, you would expose the "real" to you. The you who is filled with doubt, worries, sadness, guilt, injury and disappointments.
But it is not at all the "real you". This is the you that your ego and belief systems have built. These negative beliefs have been built by you and accepted by you as the truth. What is sad is that nothing can be further from the truth.

Where are these false ideas on you born? They mostly came from others; Parents, teachers, colleagues and friends. They could have planted the seed by saying something like "it is fat" and you cultivated these comments to the point that they have become your truth.

You allow your whole life to be controlled by obscure comments years ago. No one has the right or the power to dictate who you are. Only you know who you really are and what is in your heart.

When you were born, you have entered this world without the burden of your current negative belief system. You have entered this world as a beautiful bunch of joy filled with potential and unlimited possibilities.

I am here to tell you that you have not changed. You are always and will always be a beautiful bunch of joy with potential and unlimited possibilities.

The only difference is what you are paying for. Let me ask you a question. If you have stopped all the negative speeches that you currently have with yourself;

- I am too fat
- Why would someone want to love me
- I will never be thin
- I always fail

And the list can continue indefinitely ... How would you feel? Do you think you would feel emotionally lighter? Do you think you would feel happier? Do you think you would feel more confident?

Now, how do you think your life would change if you were going further and modify your speech on you by only speaking of you. If you take time and focus on what you like at home and only focus that your emotional state will become positive to the point that you can accomplish anything.

Once you start looking for positive things in you, you will be surprised to realize that your magnificence has always been there just below the surface. You have never been other than this brilliant bunch of joy that has entered the world years ago. It is easy to discover positive aspects of yourself by asking a few questions.

- What am I good at?
- Who benefited from the fact that I am in the world?
-Who am I, what do I know in my heart I know?
- What do I like in my body?

Your goal is to feel good now. How do you feel now? If you only observe what you think you are positive about you, you will feel good, you will be happy. Decide here and now how you want to feel. Decide that you will always look for good in you and appreciate this kindness.


So, what has it all to do with weight loss? All!!! Your emotional state is the control valve that determines what you attract in your experience. The way you talk about your beliefs and programs your subconscious. So you have to ask yourself if you want your subconscious beliefs and programs to be based on a false negative thought. Or do you want your beliefs based on the truth, that you are and that you have always been a perfect being.

Start today to love yourself and feed yourself. Allow the joy, the game and the enthusiasm you naturally had when a child begins to flow into your daily experiences. Allow yourself to celebrate each success, whatever the small size. Love and enjoy all the opportunities you have. Do this every day and watch your weight start dissolving as well as your old negative beliefs about you are starting to dissolve.
