Deeply anchored negative thoughts are what makes us have difficulty in any weight loss or health improvement program - in fact, our past failures can almost always be traced to negative thoughts that we did not even have realized that we had.

Most of our negative reflection comes out when we write things on paper (or on the computer).

I challenge you to write 10 brief descriptions on the appearance of your body in 30 days if you were trained by someone like me - someone who knows exactly how to transform the human body, whatever the phase of the game in which you are currently.

Go ahead, take a moment and write what your face would look like, what your arms would look like, what your legs and your buttocks would look like-your skin would be different, would your muscles be tightened, would you be leaner - Details everything, then come back right away.


Make your list now before reading further - I want you to leave with in -depth knowledge of yourself when you have finished reading this article.

Ok, now that you have your list, let me show you something you can use to judge whether you have been failed or not in your attempts to lose weight and keep it.

Here are some examples of statements that a good friend had before he and I started working together - declarations that literally retained him from success:
